Some of you may have noticed that I have been making a few posts in the past couple of days here and today just resurrected a bunch of Gen1 How To threads. First, I used to be the Admin over at North American Motoring and was the driving force behind removing the NAM blockage of anything to do with Motoring Alliance. Notice that I said "used to be" as I had hung up my boots over there and was sitting on my butt when I got a call from Sully asking me if I was interested in helping out here. Motoring Alliance is a unique place in today's world of mega social media. The Owner here is not sitting up in some high-rise glass palace but rather is a working joe that drives a MINI. Helping out does give me a chance to exercise my brain so I signed up. On the resurrection, when Sully updated things back earlier in the year there were some links that Google uses for their search engine that got broken. Those links are now back in place but it takes time for things to mesh in-place so the more old threads are posted in, the better the meshing becomes and when somebody out there asks Google a question on a MINI there is a better chance of having Motoring Alliance in the results. Google gives DIY/How To threads/posts more "points" in their system and hence my posting today. So if you appreciate being able to make a post about the car that we hold so dear on a Small Business Owned Forum, perhaps take a few minutes to dig up one of your old posts and wake it up or if you are visiting, sign up and make a new post of your own. This is a place for anybody that drives any type of Mini/MINI or is planning on buying one.

No pirates and no outlaws here, just folks that like talking about Minis/MINIs. More importantly the folks here like supporting a Small Business Owner. Everything here is just as good as any other forum out there, just need to get others to recognize the fact and get some good posting going. IMO the platform here is actually better.
