I almost always use the Today's Post to see what is going on. I have noticed that if I go away from the site for maybe an hour or so and then come back, threads I have been to are highlighted again, and the last post time is changed. I know it's changed because some are mine, and when I got to the last post, the time is correct. This started happening yesterday 6/19/2010, or at least this is when I noticed it. Mark
Would that be on threads with a Poll in them? I made small change so that when someone votes in a poll it go back to unread status with the idea that if people keep seeing it in Recent Threads they may vote. It has worked so far.
Some more weird stuff........... Nathan, I have several computers.... Apple, and PC's around in different locations. I spent some time last night setting them all up so I can get my M/A fix easily wherever I am. So here's the weird part...... When I do a quick Google search on the computer I'm setting up to locate the M/A web site, there are two that pop up. The genuine one that's yours and then some garbage one that takes me to a spot it won't let me out of unless I shut down and get off the web. The address is the same on both, and the bad one looks most legit until I'm suckered to it and click on it and find out it got me again. So what's going on here?:cryin:
Think I have it fixed, again... Please be sure to clear your browser cookies before checking. Sorry about this, it seems to be an ongoing issue with many vBulletin based sites.
This has been a real pita, checking the exploit there are 44,200 vBulletin and Wordpress sites that have been hit with this again. There are 25 different exploits the hacker has been using. With each fix the hacker finds yet a new way to access the sites.
aaahhhhhh............. Maybe we shouldn't talk about the sewing site any more....... you think?:ihih:
