Wow! Thanks for the quick responses and warm welcome! I am happy I stumbled upon this forum, there is so much information here that I can't stop reading... lol!
Mr. Jim - Thanks for the deposit information, I am going up to my dealership in Reno today for the "Mini Test Drive Take Down" and to get my $750 voucher just for showing up...
T8rchick - All I am really looking for is enough space for the wife, myself and my black lab as of right now with the potential of a little hurricane in the future.

Well here is what I am looking at ordering from Mini of Reno in the VERY near future!!! Will have to talk to the dealer to see if I can possibly trade out the 17" wheels that come with the Aero kit for some 17" black ones!! What do you guys think?

P.S. - I'm not a big chrome person so eventually all of the chrome will be either black or chili red.

 

And I also want to push for some lower black side/ door stripes. Other than that I am pretty sure I am about done with my design!!!

 

Shopping dealers against each other can be a lot of fun!!! Let's see just how low the price can go and what all options and incentives can be thrown in to sweeten the deal!!! Who wants my business?? lol

 

So after shopping several dealers against each other I think i am finally ready to take the best offer to my local dealer and see what they can do about matching or beating it. Best offer I have right now:

What do you guys think? Good deal... should I push for more... deeper discount, free add-ons/ accessories etc...?

Mr. Jim it is not a JCW spec car. It is an S with the JCW add-on package. I am going to try and get the floormats and side stripes thrown in on the house and I will be more than pleased with the deal!
