Fresh thinly slicked top grade steak, slightly frozen when it goes on a flattop grill.

Real cheese, like Provolone or Cooper, not cheese wiz

You can also add fried or raw onions, fried mushrooms, and peppers.

The most important thing is the ROLL! Everybody has tried to duplicate it but nothing beats a fresh soft long roll made fresh daily with our special northeast water.

This is my first time growing my own peppers. I'm kinda excited. I am debating in celebration to just pop the first one that's ready into my mouth. I might die, but yum.

    Bowl of Fire

That's about 5 lbs of assorted hot peppers, some salt, lots of ginger and some unpasteurized apple cider.

Ferment for a few weeks. Strain, bottle the liquid.

Take one very small sweet potato, dice it up. Toss with a tiny bit of oil, a few big ass grinds of pepper and a smashed up garlic clove.

Roast at 400 for 20 min. Or there abouts.

In your cast iron skillet brown off 1/4 l b of Rock Your World Autumn Sausage from Bluescreek Farm.

    Toss in roasted taters. Plate.

Top with egg and some cheddar.
