Well.... About that cabbage.... I started in a much smaller pot... got all of the ingredients simmering and my wife walks in and say's "why didn't you add the cabbage"... "No room in the pot".... She say's "but I want the cabbage".... Pulled out a bigger pot, chopped up the entire head of cabbage.... Sautéed it with some butter salt and pepper and some whole cumin seeds (I like the nutty flavor it adds) then transferred everything....
So thats how I ended up with 5 quarts.... Yes, I'm glad I added the cabbage also.... With that heat from the pepper.... It would have been great with 3 feet on snow on the ground and sitting with a bowl in front of a roaring fire.... To be repeated again....:drool

Been an easy past couple of days, leftovers and ordered a pizza tonight. . . my favorite combo from a really good local place, Paisanos. They even call it the Jono Combo when I call(they know me well). Pepperoni, Mild Italian sausage, and Ricotta all on a NY style crust. Simple, and DELISH.
Going to be doing some cooking next week. Going to do some Korean Style braised pork ribs, TATT style, with white rice, and stir fried veggies(broc, snow peas, and carrots). I will post a recipe for it when the time comes.-

Sick man, I contemplated my response to the above ^^^^^^. Jason I am right behind you on having to take to many of those damn pills as i get older.
That is why I drive a MINI, keeps my pressures up and the head clear.

I'm hungry.... The kitchen smells great.... And my stomach is calling out to me...
Turkey's not ready yet so I'm eating sliced heirloom tomatoes, salt and pepper, crumbled blue cheese and blue cheese dressing... Yummy...
