Hey.... Whats wrong with lutefisk??? Don't you like a nice fish cured with lye? Gives it that creamy gelatinous texture that aids in digestion... That's what made all those Vikings run amok on their raiding parties... They just wanted something different...

It does look like curry, doesn't it? It's a sauce made out of what I affectionately call the "head guts" of the crab. Pull off the carapace, scrape out all that gooey stuff, add some water and soy sauce, simmer. Then add a couple of eggs and scramble into the mixture. The result is a yummy, thick sauce that's delicious over rice. :ihih:-
