Just glorp it outa the can, cut it into 3/8" slices and fry in bacon fat, until the surface is slightly crisp. Yummy!

Just reading that I felt my arteries getting clogged.

 

Just had a crisp apple and a few slices of Cabot, Extra Sharp Cheddar.

 

I love apples and cheese together!

 

Granny Smith apple slices and soft Brie cheese go great together. That and some red wine makes a great snack!

Rabbit food...but boy is it tasty

Made from eastern spinach, the real stuff with thick stems and big curly leaves with ramps, fiddleheads, crimini mushrooms and some decent tomatoes. All dressed with a parsley n maple syrup vinaigrette and some smoked black pepper. To top it off is some thick cut applewood smoked bacon.
