I usually get a grilled lamb noodle bowl with the fish oil, healthy and extra good.

Got the urge to do some grillin....
Grilled pork chops, baked potato with onion rings, grilled yellow squash with olive oil and garlic. Heirloom organic tomatoes with salt and pepper, olive oil and fresh mozzarella / cream cheese topping.... Ice cold beer..... Yummy....

MM, good choice for your first experience with Vietnamese food.
Just J, I have had that experience of seeing my food eye me up as I reach out with my chop sticks.
Worst experience was in central China, nice little place along the Li River, river fish = river carp, the Li is not the most pure of rivers.
A bit better than catfish with whiskers.
Oh! tonight had a light Panni ham sammie toasted with a nice macaroni salad on the side, extra good!
