    Those jars contain the following:
15 Jalapenlos straight from my garden with seeds
4 Ghost Peppers from my garden, 3 de-seeded
5 Hungarian Wax peppers (friends garden)
    4 Serranos (friends garden)
8 Habaneros (2 different friends gardens)
    4 Super Chilis (friends garden)
    2 Limes
    1/2 red onion
    6 garlic cloves
About 1 inch of fresh ginger
    Salt
    Sugar
    Apple Cider vinegar

This batch was just damned hot and super super tasty. The ginger really made it pop.

Fox in the Snow. It's on the east side of 4th just north of 3rd.

These are real hipsters imported from Brooklyn that own this place.

Had my knives sharpened recently by a traveling knife sharpener gal in the area. Makes doing this so much more fun.

Carrots, onions, garlic, turnips, celery and the last of my outside herbs make a lovely bed for a free range Amish Chicken.
