Just a thought. Not particularly time consuming, however the raw materials can be the problem. While my garden produced a good bit of peppers, and some others provided by friends, it was nowhere enough to even remotely sustain making it. I probably have about 40-50 of the ghosts left, all nice and frozen in the freezer just waiting to get used up.

    Good minds, Nathan!

We had a nice beefy barley soup last night too. It was needed here in cold Colorado.

Tonight was homemade Chicken Enchiladas, I know pictures would help but I forget when I am eating fast!

Now, Italian Cajun, that I don't know about, tell us more! :) :) Pictures?

    :)

Brunch today was a the best Jewish Deli in Texas.

Nothing like a nice Fish Plate with Sturgeon with a fresh bagel.

Hard 8 is the best. I ate at the one by Texas Motor Speedway last Tuesday night and then walked over to the Sweet Shoppe next door for some sugar free chocolate candies. Yum yum
