Tried to make "Korean" wraps with cabbage and ground turkey rather than lettuce. Wasn't so great. We'll throw the rest of the turkey in with ravioli later.

I did a sample of the first batch I made that I had set aside for when a friend comes from out of state to visit. Its probably 6 months old now and it got brutally hot, but still has a delish flavor.
I'm about ready to start a new expirient since I am almost out of the green ghost and green habanero sauce I made last time. -

About 1/2 pound of dried Thai chilis
Juice of 4 limes
whole head of garlic
big chunk of diced ginger
3/4 of a red onion
little salt
little brown sugar
13 ripe Ghost Peppers (still have a ton frozen)
