Rabbit food...but boy is it tasty Made from eastern spinach, the real stuff with thick stems and big curly leaves with ramps, fiddleheads, crimini mushrooms and some decent tomatoes. All dressed with a parsley n maple syrup vinaigrette and some smoked black pepper. To top it off is some thick cut applewood smoked bacon.

After the car show, I took my wife for lunch over to Cantina Laredo at Polaris.... We each had a great meal accompanied with tasty Mojito's.... Grabbing a good book, a glass of sherry, heading for the sunroom with my dog soon to join me on my available lap.....
Welp..... Every Wednesday is "Date Night".... That's when I take my wife out for dinner at a local restaurant, just the two of us..... Tonight was one of my favorites, "The Indian Oven" I had Shrimps Bangladeshi.... Medium spicy, with a cold Kingfisher beer..... Tasty....
