Ok, I know it's a little after that fact, but last Saturday we went to the Ohio Deli for some dinner and I decided that I wanted to do the Dagwood challenge as featured on Man Vs Food. 30 mins to eat a giant sammich with roast beef, ham, turkey, two kinds of cheese, lettuce, onions, tomato and garlic mayo with a pound of fries in 30 mins. I managed it in 28 mins. Man, I was stupid stuffed, but I got the shirt to prove it.

I kinda wanted to throw up for a couple hours afterwards and didn't eat anything till the next day. But now that I have done it, I will never do it again.

Had me some leftover wings from Roosters for lunch. Tasty, but I probably shouldn't have eaten them at work, lol.

If I told you what was for dinner, I'd have a line out the door and around the block. I'd have'ta have a cold drink vendor in a golf cart and Medics on standby 'cause of the heat....

I like all of you but, for your own safety, you can't come over for dinner!

This thread pissed me off so much, I fired up the Primo and grilled BIG portabello mushrooms for the first time, marinated for an hour in oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic and onion, topped with melted provolone, and grilled onions and roasted red pepper, topped with lettuce and a cajun mayo. Had a Sam Smith's Organic Chocolate Stout to speed up the process, first time I've tried it. Awesome stuff, but next time I'll drink that after dinner, it's really a desert beer.

Grilled sweet potatoes and onions for a side.

Kids got burgers, grilled few extras in case the Mushrooms didn't work out. Didn't need the extras...:)

In a couple of weeks I'm going to finally try and slow cook a brisket, I'm tired of eating all that kick ass smoked brisket at Road America, it's time to do it myself.
