Just couldn't resist sharing this.. Best nacho plate I've ever had, here at Mariasol on the Santa Monica Pier!
I should of taken a picture, sorry I didn't. For dinner this evening we enjoyed a lovely piece of wild caught Icelandic Cod. Simply dressed with a splash of white wine and lemon. Accompanying the fish we had roasted golden beets and rainbow carrots. A little organic Amish grown brown rice completed the plate.
Actually sounds very good! A picture would help convince me! :wink: I guess Fish&Chips was out. :devil: Don
Well done Nathan! Today is my birthday:biggrin5: so after Boot Camp I will join a couple dozen friends at a local Olde Town Arvada, Colorado lunch spot.....pictures forthcoming!
Thanks! Oops, I failed to take any pics! The restaurant sent out a Ginormous piece of Carrot Cake with One candle on it. They probablly figured that 47 candles might set the place on fire.....:biggrin5: Also had a very tasty burger (minus the bun) topped with bleu cheese, jalapenos on the side, and a salad with an oil and vinegar dressing. Delicious!!!
Cutting back on the red meat.... Having my parents over today.... I'll be doing salmon on the barbie.... With sliced tomatoes / basil / fresh mozzarella drizzled with olive oil... And sun tea...
Darn. I was on my way out to have a cheeseburger and fries. Guess it will now be a salad with grilled chicken strips and no dressing
