My wife went and spent the day with her mom.....

I told her to be home no later than 5:00 because I was cooking something special....

After fixing the AC condensate drain, I started in the kitchen.

I made a bunch of Swedish meatballs, accompanied with mashed potatoes & gravy and lingonberry sauce....

    Very tasty....

    The wife liked it....:D

    Buffalo wings tonight!

I cook the wings first with seasoning salt. Then I mix up 1/3 sweet chili sauce, 1/3 chili garlic sauce, and 1/3 Frank's Hot Sauce.

After the wing are cooked, I dip them in the sauce mixture and cook 'til they're sticky.

    Yum!

They have gotten even bigger. I probably have about 70 of them on the plants of various size and not a single one is starting to ripen. I am becoming frightened of them, but I feel compelled to eat them since I grew them.

I could enjoy this too. Looks good, I might have to suggest this to OSF down the road.

Anything else in there, eggs, Green Chili with some good pork chunks?

    Nice... :)

Nothing like authentic Mexican food here in our little cowboy town..... My wife wants to take our friends and go back for more tomorrow after church. She had this.... I don't even remember what they call it. A Mexican scramble of some sort.
