A wonderful dinner out tonight with my Bride, at one if our town's finest dining establishments... Fresh Water Prawns for an appetizer, Spaghetti and Meat Balls for me, and their signature Halibut for her. We both enjoyed a bottle of 2012 Tolosa Pinot Noir and closed out the meal with a fresh Peach Cobbler... Life is great!
Had my knives sharpened recently by a traveling knife sharpener gal in the area. Makes doing this so much more fun. Carrots, onions, garlic, turnips, celery and the last of my outside herbs make a lovely bed for a free range Amish Chicken.

No nothing healthy, potato cam must have been set on lettuce mode. No chance for old baloney at the G&R. Man they must go through a ton a week. :yesnod:
Hot sauce test 3. Includes: 20 green ghosts, 25 green habaneros, 12 jalapeños, 1 red onion, ginger and garlic,2 anaheims also one red ghost and one ripe habanero. Biggest batch yet. Gonna let it sit over night in the vinegar and like juice. Then tomorrow afternoon I'll throw it in the grill and cook, then blend with a immersion blender and bottle up in mason jars. This **** should be incredibly hot.
Quick update. That mix made a little over 4 ball jars worth. And this is def the hottest I have made so far. And tasty to boot. I can't wait to put it in some chipotle later this week and make my coworkers try it.
If I keep making this stuff, people are gonna have me shipping it all over the place, lol. Wonder if I could turn it into a business.......
