One just cannot visit Texas without going to a BBQ place. Last night a bunch of us went to Hard 8.

Brunch today was a the best Jewish Deli in Texas.

Nothing like a nice Fish Plate with Sturgeon with a fresh bagel.

Devoured a couple home made pulled pork & swiss sammiches, just to get the image of Nathan's F-56 platter out of my mind.

Hard 8 is the best. I ate at the one by Texas Motor Speedway last Tuesday night and then walked over to the Sweet Shoppe next door for some sugar free chocolate candies. Yum yum

Yep, brought back some of the spicy sausage. So fresh it was still warm from the pit when the plane landed.

This probably oughta have been posted under "saw this today" but I could'nt resist dropping it in here. I saw this today on the local news... It seems KFC will launch this new artery clogger at a few of its stores in the Phillippines. Deep fried chicken forming a bun around that tasty frankfurter, topped with mustard, ketchup and cheese. :drool

I know it's sick, but I'm so compelled to try it if it comes here! Sorry Nathan.
