Have some local heirlooms, Nathan. Now you got me thinking of a good BLT for dinner. . .Grilled Sourdough, Thick cut Apple Wood Smoked Bacon, Thick Sliced 'Mater, Boston Bib Lettuce, Gruyere, and a Runny Egg. Best BLT ever.
Iced Tea Marinated Fried Chicken, 4 Cheese Gratin, Garlic Whipped Potatoes, Cheddar Bay Biscuit, and Beans Screw you, Atkins!
This was yesterday, but I'm remembering it fondly today. Roast Turkey, smashed taters Amish noodles, stuffing & date bread pudding with maple cream topping. :drool
Such a nice day for a walk to Italian Cafe for a dish of pasta covered with roasted veggies. I'm liking urban living.
We need bigger pictures so I can have a bigger hunger flash. Makes me want to go seek a nice lunch at a local place here in hot and sunny Colorado. Don
Hey TATTRAT, It just occurred to me, I'm starting to recognize the china being used in almost all of your food pic's. Iv'e come to the conclusion that..... 1. You like to eat at one particular restaurant. 2. All the restaurant's in your area got a deal on the same serving plates. 3. You are photoshoping all your meals on one plate pic. But I cheated and went to your bio...... Executive Chef huh? ..... Mighty fine cooking there.... I'm envious....
lol, yeah, a lot of the china/platters are the same in all my units. The Lasagna is a pain in the ass for presentation, but it is pretty delish!
Heirloom tomatoes with fresh mozzarella and basil drizzled with olive oil fresh ground pepper and a little salt. Grilled asparagus and grilled yellow squash and garlic. Accompanied with a grilled NY strip and a ice cold Bud beer. Life is good....
