I have developed a serious rattle in my driver's side door. Sometimes, it sounds like the speaker is flopping around in there and the audio is pretty awful. Other times, it sounds fine.

Since I have not pulled the door trim off yet, I am not sure how the speaker is attached to the door. Is it possible that the speaker is just flopping around in there or does it sound like it is blown.

Hate to leave you hanging but think the only way to find out is to pull off the door panel

Perhaps the screws holding in conjunction with the molex connector that might be loosened by the movement

Vargasgal, we just had this problem also, and solved it.

Had all the speakers replaced plus had Dynamat installed in the doors and rear speaker mounting positions.

Hunt around, there are some tips about those door panel clips online.

Bah... I was hoping I wouldn't have to pull the door panels. Maybe I'll get lucky and only need to add some padding.

The speaker frames are just clipped on. My front speaker cover had popped off when my car was under warranty and the dealer took the door panel off and clipped the cover back on. He then used a heat gun (or hair dryer) to mold the clip so it wouldn't pop over gain. It hasn't. So I suspect you need to fix it from inside the door panel.

BTW...nice picture of your car. I always wondered what my car might look like with black wheels. :D
