For those who dont know my interior parts were that fake alloy junk with silver bits. Now its all dark silver and anthracite. Next is the pillars and headliner.

Is the anthracite a good match to the factory interior anthracite? Are you going to paint the tach ring?

Its a little darker honestly. I am still not sure what I want to do with the tack and boost gauge.
I really want to get an 05 MFSW but all options are kinda pricey there. Waiting on the right deal. -
I really like this as another alternative to OEM finishes. It's hard to make the Mini interior unique because the design elements are so powerful. Hence it's about using different textures and colors to create something different.
I like this a lot, but feel your pain about getting it perfect.
Good luck, -
Pretty sweet. Nice shift knob by the way.

The headliner is fun to do. I would recommend Alcantara (ultra suede.) It stretches, looks nice and feels amazing.

Looks good, I hate that alloy-look dash I have myself but haven't committed to tearing it all out for paint yet.
Only on a car forum can someone say nice knob and nobody snickers. -

At least you didn't go as far as I did......count the blue parts.....
Did you have a shop do the headliner or did you DIY? Looks nice....Attached Files:

Is that a "glued to cardboard" type headliner, like most cars these days? I've done a few of those in the past myself......
