Might be more then you want to spend but I got mine from APR Performance. They are Stainless Steel and are adjustable length wise. About $60 a pair.
Have known of folks doing like mentioned above not used the braces at all, but you better bolt into something solid unless you trim some off the back side of it so it does not stick as far out front. ( Minimark ) did this to his and didn't use the braces... and others have gone to the hardware store and kinda made up their own braces with parts and pieces...

I ran mine into the grille as I didn't want to drill a hole in the cover. I paint some good size washers black to hide them and never had a problem. Car was sitting pretty low on coilovers and you just have to learn to look ahead very well as to the road conditions pulling in and out of places and of course for roadkill in the road!!

When I get home I will post a close up of the Helmet. I think you can get the parts from a hardware shop that a Has a good selection of fasteners

Thanks for all the help. I am thinking of a way to mount the splitter without the support showing or being attached to the bumper. I'll let you know if it works.

If I ever put a splitter back on my car I am not using any braces on the top to the bumper. I like the cleaner look plus if you hit something or rip it off you need to buy a new bumper. I want to make / have made one that attaches to the front 2 lower outside bumper bolts and two locations in the back where the lower plastic shield attaches. It will be easy to take off for oil changes and still allow air to flow out the back lower portion of the motor.
I had one of the first G4 ones and was not impressed with fitmet or how it attached but it did work well for what it was. I sold it for exactly what I paid for it.
Just my .02-

They have a good point. On the Helmet one side of the bumper is pulled out just a little from the brace pulling on it. I believe I did it going out of my driveway.

Not all tracks require a roll bar in a vert, just some clubs like BMWCCA. My buddy had a nice MINI sidewalk vert that he took to tracks and ran track days without any issues.
Now if you get into a club like BMWCCA or competitions that a completely different story.-

Justa my .02 for what that's worth. Shirt does happen & using ones own neck as a roll over structure is a really bad idea.
I do believe in a persons right to make that choice so if it floats yer boat go for it.
My experience is limited to 5 tracks, but none would let a rag top run without a bar that passed the broom stick test.-

Funny thing is those same tracks will let you track a bike without training wheels. Never did understand that... Sure the car is heavier but I'm going much faster on the bike, only required to have full leathers, ankle covering shoes, and gloves that sleeve over the jacket... and helmet of course..

No, It's just Lexan from a 'home' maker'. I am looking for the hangers that go on the front, connecting the splitter to the front bumper. All I've found look like crap or are REALLY expensive. Thanks....

Honestly, never liked the look of the "boy racer" hardware on splitters. The hardware is not really needed, you can simply secure it to the car from underneath.

You'll need a roll bar to hit the track. Pretty sure those oem vert bars are a no go for BMWCCA. It's huge fun tracking your car.
