Amazing driving so impressed with how close he drives close to the guard rail, that what we can trust: car and his own limits.

I remember being at the SCCA Cumberland Nationals in 1965 and there was

a red Type 61 for sale in the pits, $5000.00 While we were looking at it a

mechanic was taking the body panels off, it was obvious why it was called

a Birdcage. What a beautiful car. Of course $5000.00 in 1965 is a little

different than today but what an investment it would have made.

 

It's hard to say anything but "Wow!"

How they don't hit each other without a spotter is beyond me. His line is just mouth wateringly awesome; in a pig of a car like that he's working for every inch of it, but he makes it looks like he's driving a Ferrari. Damn I wish I was even half that good.
