    Update: 12:24 p.m. local: Snipers are in position, the semi-truck is completely surrounded by law enforcement.

    Update: 1:11 p.m. local: Police have pulled an MRAP armored vehicle alongside the truck. Also, there’s a dog in the cab!

    Update: 1:24 p.m. local: Police fired shots but apprehended the suspect without killing him. The dog is safe.
