Always is. I love the CNN reporters talking about the end of the world while they're standing on an inch of snow.

LOL...my car was warm and cozy in the garage...wife's ride, a toyota Highlander has snow ABOVE the door handles!!
Tried to go snow tubing (thought it might work, but know 100% was to powdery for the sled) on the golf course....snow was too deep!! LOL
Too powdery to float on top...as my 8 year old said "epic fail Dad!!" but was said with a laughing giggle after 30 minutes of us getting stuck in the snow drifts! was a Blast!! Think I need snowshoes if I want to go back again.... Had to move onto snow-forts and snowball fights...lol..hope school is open tomorrow...this crap is wearing me out!!

hahaha you found me out Chuck! I was very happy to watch the complex crews clean my drive with the BOBCAT digger while lazy me was drinking a beer!

What was interesting today was I was driving the 2013 Accent up a snow covered hill when the snow clearinng BOBCAT crossed my path. I stopped and try to get going, I had 1st selected but with the traction control on the car slowly ground to a halt. I switched off the traction control and wheels spinning I blasted up the hill. I find driving in snow is much better without the traction control.....but I use the hand brake to steer too! haha

    Should be fun...
2 feet of snow forecast...give or take 6 inches depending on the station...
Have the Generator tuned (just a little 3000 watt unit, but best $200 pep boy rebate deal I ever bought!!) and ready....
But i'll take a blizzard anytime...
Beats a wildfire, mudslide, etc....that stuff can kill you!!
only thing we have to do is stay warm!! Actually makes for some good family time!!

This is all media BS. We are getting very little snow just outside Philly 3-6 inches and they have downgrade NYC to 18 inches from 36 inches plus.

Blah blah blah it has been snowing her since 8 PM last night and we have only got about an inch so far if that.

One thing is still true about the snow storms, inner city crime drops to almost nothing when the city is covered in snow.

Or maybe people have learned if you rob a bank or mug someone you can follow the footprints in the snow and a get away car will get stuck in the snow.

Of maybe is just too cold for the riffraff to come out.

Does this really look like the snow storm of the century? No it called a regular Winter in the North East.

FYI these number were 3x higher yesterday.

Yeah hurry up and go food shopping. Buy all the Milk Bread and eggs so everyone can have French toast tomorrow.

Schools let out early today and everything is already cancelled for tomorrow.

FYI this is only the 15th year of the current century and they are calling this storm the "Storm of the Century" How in the hell can you not think we will not have another really bad storm in the next 85 years of this century? Idiots

Next week they will call for a dusting and we will get a foot plus.

This is exactly how people freak out when the news says we are getting snow.

With all the hype this storm is getting it sounds like the end of the world in the North East.

Probably drizzle some and blow over...

Yup...storm has shifted north....but as it hits the warm water and cold air...boom!! Its getting bigger...
That's why Alaska was such a good place to live...
MOST crime was from drunk folks shooting stuff up...Sure some, actually lots of poor folks, but the cold kept the rifraff away....

    Looks like quite a storm.

Washed the A4 and Tacoma yesterday, then grilled and had a late lunch on the patio. It was a bit warmer today, should be mid 70's tomorrow.

Having lived in Ohio, Pennsylvania and New York (with good memories of each), we're sure enjoying San Antonio weather.

    Stay warm and safe!
