Are you taking standard springs or coil overs? I ask because I'm trying to visualize "turning" the spring and stock springs have the edge that doesn't allow it to spin???

Yea....should have added the TSW v1 springs.
They do have the"notch" on the perch that the springs sit on but they do spin off of it. Now to be clear, this is at full droop so I do expect some ability to move. But I don't think the top should spin and have the shaft move with it. -

#2) I assume TSW v1 are lowering springs... So they are shorter than the OEM... When you have the MINI up on a lift or jack stands and the wheels are off the ground the springs could lift out of the lower spring perch...

As I do.....this is why I always give them a good look over at the annual spring change over.
Still not convinced the shop have them installed right....... -
