My car's ding-ding was getting, well, a little flaccid. I put a couple of little blue pills in the tank, and it's a nice, rigid ding ding. Only downside is it lasts four hours.

:cornut: Putting a Nitroglycerine under your tongue will collapse that rascal in no time at all. You'll also have a splitting headache as soon as you stand up as your heart didn't really need the NTG and you're about to pass out as all of your blood is now in your feet.:wink::eek6::frown2::lol::lol::Thumbsup:

So...........the ding-ding is gone now. Put the key in, turn it to position 2 (just before the start position) and no more ding-ding. The airbag light stays on a lot longer than before, but still goes out after a bit (anywhere from a few seconds to as much as a minute or more). Does it with both of my keys.

Any shop guys have any idea if this is a terminal problem or just a symptom of something else.

Oh, the battery is a newish Red Top fully charged.

This is what I use when I'm having problems with my ding-ding, usually get's things straightened out in a day or two, the stuff at the end is probably the most helpful:
