Check the relay and see if its bad. If it is I would thing water is shorting it out. You may need to seal the fuse/relay box.

:cornut: It's always been my understanding that a 'Garage Queen' (taken from 'Hanger Queen' for constantly broken aircraft) is a car that is constantly breaking and/or side lined with mechanical, electrical, or other difficulties resulting in it constantly being in the 'repair' garage. It does not refer to a car that is garaged by it's owner for protection.-
