The runflats are the cause of the ride quality you are experiencing.
While very few on here would buy the runflats you'd be surprised how many local folks would be interested. CraigsList can be your friend. Advertise by the size, not so much that they are for a MINI. Other cars use the same size tire.

I think you'll be shocked in how poor the RF's make the ride quality once you ditch them. I know I was.

Most people say a pulley is the best upgrade to do but I really think dumping the run flats is the first and best upgrade every Mini owner should before that add any power mods.
That's how much of an improvement it makes. (Nite and Day , Black and White)-

Ditching the run-flats will help. If you have 17 inch wheels & tires dropping to 16 inch ones will help. So will going with Koni FSD shocks. Although Koni says to not use them on lowered cars, some people do though.

Run flats are called run rocks for a reason.
You should also look into Swift springs.
