    A couple of years ago, I was heading north on Telegraph in Toledo, when this POS passed me. (Celebrity, I think). This hunk of carp couldn't have been worth more than scrap value, but the rims were huge!! Looked like a 4 wheel Roman chariot. Big chrome rims with a rubber band stretched around them.

    Those things are all over the place, here. Usually a Caprice, Impala or Crown Vic.
