    It was, indeed, an "S" Mark. It was funny, because she was also checking out the lounge leather, the hands free calling and the upgraded stereo. All of the things she said I "did not need" when I ordered my MINI. When I asked why that was, the answer was simply, "this is different". :D

    LOL, marriage is not an equal necessity partnership Jim...

    Sounds very nice, haven't driven one yet so I don't know all the ends and outs of them, but I like the looks of them more everyday!! With the Countyman's size and weight, would think the S, the only way to go...

    Went for a ride in the MotoringFile Countryman S as driven by Xeik on a Timbits mission over the weekend. I was impressed with the ride. One of the roads was being repaved and had manhole covers exposed. We hit a few of those yet the Countryman remained composed. If I was in the market for such a vehicle the Countryman would be on my short list.
