    I've done several BBQ and Bluebonnets tours, and your time frame should be close, if 2017 is like 2016 was. The bluebonnets are blooming earlier these later years.

    Let me know if you want some suggestions on things to see and do... and eat.

    I dunno. Haven't decided. If I do drive my classic Mini there, I'll take the back roads down and avoid the hell that is I-35.
