Warming up the hammers.

Follow the reasoning here....

We all know Morgans are still made with wood.

Hence they are warming up the hammers to be ready to beat some wood back into place.

 

They are ensuring there is enough ground clearance between the line and the bottom of the car..

 

Laying down the adhesive tape....
Surface of the concrete is irregular.... Basically they are conforming the tape adhesive to have intimate contact with the surface.... removing any possible air bubbles....

Edit: Orrrr they are pounding in yellow tape nails....
