Nice TR6, one of the last of the British brutes. Great to see the car without those dreadful rubber overriders. You have done well Jim.![]()

Always loved the TR series since High School in Spain but alas I'm 6'4" and just didn't fit so I went to the other side of the world and a Datsun 240Z. I'm on my second one now but its setting in my shop going though a long restoration. Because I'm just enjoying my MINI to much.

My dad has a 73 TR6 that I keep threatening to finally put back together and take off his hands. He bought it at the same time I got my Traveller, and I've done a complete teardown, respray, reassembly, and driven the wheels off mine in the time since...
Love yours, especially that Surrey top! A local guy runs a gleaming TR4A as his daily with one of those tops, but I've never seen one on a 6 before.-

I always had a deep lust for one when I was a kid and they were new and way beyond my meager summer job would support and also lusted after the Bug Eye Healeys and MBG GT.

Your garages stand tall, my friend. That TR is really top shelf. Never heard of the surrey top before. Excellent work on both rides!
