While I like the idea of not drilling holes in the bumper cover, I can't help but think that locating the supports in the lower grill would provide little structural value.

Regardless, it does look cool.

 

I believe that has been addressed with some reinforcement strips behind the grill.

I think I may drive out from Philly for the day.

Its only 5 hours @ 55 MPH :aureola: "one way" on the autobahn,,,,, Ooops I mean the PA Turn Pike. :devil:

Ops, no new spy shoots from the spy.
But we did put our heads together to discuss prefabrication plans. (And, yes I did stay at a Holiday Inn a few nights ago. Hope that makes me a little smarter) We should have early prototypes soon so we can check production requirements. I still have some ideas I need to work on for design and easy of production.

Right now we are in, I hope, final development and testing. Testing is going well and we are having no clearance problems at all .
I can tell you this, the stock MINI test driver can't believe the amount of power he now has :crazy:
