Thanks very much for the update with pictures. I know you all are concerned that folks will make bad comments about the look of the test beds, but that is what they are and should be viewed as such. It is "what they do" not "how they look" at this stage. Being a old aircraft mechanic, it looks like you are using an inverted air foil approach. Cool.

On another note, where did you get that roof graffic?

I got the roof graphic from Tail of the Dragon at Deals Gap and Cherohala Skyway, Graham Co, NC and had a graphics company make the roof graphic for me. The graphic is at top left of their home page.

I thought that is what it looked like. Did you have to pay for the rights to have a graffic made, or were they OK with that?

    Hey Joel,

No I will not be making it out to Dayton. I also do not have your number but I will call Mark later today for it or have him pass along my number to you.

Good luck working with Larry...:eek:ut: I am kidding he is a cool guy and has a nice ride you can tweak.

Here are some photo's of the Group 4 diffuser that we installed on my GP at the Dragon . I wanted to post them sooner while the thread was cookin, but time got busy. But, the diffuser's take great advantage of the GP belly pans. I did have it on the track a couple of weeks ago and the car felt very planted in the faster corners and softer apex'es. Did notice that the balance of the car moved slightly more to the rear with the straight exhaust and smaller battery.
Will definitely need a G4 spitter, car was noticeably front end lighter at speed:arf:.

    Glad to hear :D
Have you noticed an increase in power with our exhaust ? Our calculations indicate your "GP" gained 12 to 14 hp but I would like to see it on a dyno . I know dynos give dif. results but they are so much to play with
BTW, our web site is up and running. Not fancy nor finished yet.

Yes, we will have a test street MINI this coming week
Ian Stewart is running our design under his box and so far so good
We will post results of the street MINI as soon as we get them.

Mr. Putterfarm Sir :D....Yes there is a very noticable and enjoyable increase in torque from the new exhaust. On the track, when exiting an apex I could get some quick distance between me and the non-MINI's behind me and only then at the next braking area would they close in.......except for that pesky Ferrari 430!:prrr:

The R53 canards do work on the Aero kit. Hope maxmini doesn't mind me using one of his photos. Here are the canards on an Aero fascia....

Its a virtual canards kit. All you have to do is connect the bits.
