 I'm going to try and answer everyone right here right now. If I miss someone holla at me:

Ladyvalea do not worry about the exhaust connnfusssion, you are O.K. :D

UKCoopeR & phudeaux you are correct , the stock and some aftermarket exhaust ON R53s do interfere with the diffuser and it's purpose :cornut:, they also suck a lot of HP with all the bends and small diameter pipe :eek6:

ninimark I am going to use my '03 S to give you a straight answer. Hang in there with me for a day or two

cct1 you will get all hardware including newly designed support plates  I've been wanting to talk with you but can't find your number :eek:ut:

Newbs49 we can build you a quiet straight exhaust, Leon has one for his as of now. There's Steve's, loud, there's mine, in the middle, and there is the quiet one Leon and Wayne have :D

How am I doing......OH YEA---Dave:lol:, just kidding, saving the best for last. My e-mail is my account [email protected]

Don't want to say no, but there's no quiet in my car with Jan's toys and long tube racing header. You can even ask him. Plus I don't want to lose any of the 249 HP.

    Thanks for the offer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Mark--email sent.

One other thing--I'll throw it out here on the boards--are underpanels still on the drawing board?

Yes. We want to get those right as well. Track testing is needed before we are ready.

Yes-sir-rooney the belly pans are on the drawing as are 7 different wings and "DFG" designs, side skirts and some secret stuff

Newbs49 youwill not lose any of your HP, you'll gain by getting rid of the bends. Talk with Jan at RMW about it. Just thinking out loud :D

While I like the idea of not drilling holes in the bumper cover, I can't help but think that locating the supports in the lower grill would provide little structural value.

    Regardless, it does look cool.

I believe that has been addressed with some reinforcement strips behind the grill.

We have tested this on the track and this installation will provide the least damage in the event of an "off." Our splitter is extemely strong with its lightweight composite material vs carbon fiber that we don't feel that it's worth damaging your car with mounting it to the structure.

We have found in testing that we can get the downforce we need and here's what happens if we have an "incident." Just like in F1, we can replace a simple component. In our case, it's the $60 grille rather than the front of the car.

We upgraded the turnbuckles and are making the splitter removeable and re-installable. Each operation should be achievable in 20 minutes or less.

Oh, I forgot. More news to come on the diffuser. Maybe I can confirm after the upcoming Holiday!
