Very nice. Is your handguard a standard quad rail or did you free float the barrel?

Its the Surefire rail, not free floated but one of the most solid mounted rail systems you can get.

I was cloning my service rifle from OIF-1 but with better than military hardware. :D

Do you have a set of these targets? Think about it, that actually takes a bit of talent but he needs larger mags.

I've got an opportunity to purchase a Mossberg 500 Persuader 12G scatter gun for a great price. Just looking for some friendly advice or guidance from the experts here... The guns never been fired and is reported being sold to pay for some medical expenses.

This one is priced at 275. Sounds like a great price, but was skeptical not purchasing from a shop. Thank you for the info!

Try to get a look at it in person. If it looks good, then I'd say go for it, thats a good price for a nice shotgun. I'd be all over that as I have been wanting one of those for a little while now.

I think I would take it myself for $275 if it's like new.
I'm not affiliated with the store, but if you want a new one for a good price you might check Discount Guns for Sale - Buds Gun Shop
They have them starting ~$300 including shipping. I bought several guns from them and their prices are hard to beat.

Thanks very much for your input. I've tried to make contact with the seller again without any success. I'll take a look at the website you provided and see what I can find... Again, thank you very much.

I spent a bit of quality time on the indoor range today, shooting for smaller groups with the 22LR (Browning Buckmark) and to run a few more rounds through the Colt Mustang.

Any of you shooter who shoot a 380, are you having trouble finding 380 ammo target rounds, 90 grain, FMJ is what I prefer?

I do shoot a normal mag of JHP just to see and fell the recoil differences. Going to try a new picture source, since I am shooting more with my iPhone 6. Hope it works.

    Today's therapy session.

Haven't had any trouble getting .380 lately. Couple of years ago it was rare as hens teeth, but I have recently bought it from my LGS and also from a flea market in NC.

How are you liking the Mustang? I love my P238, but don't get to shoot it very often since my girlfriend started using it for her EDC.

I've been buying my ammo from Palmetto State Armory lately. I wait for the free shipping weekends and then order it.

I had my gunsmith (son) look at my Sig P6 and why it wasn't shooting as accurate as it should. He noticed that the end of the barrel wasn't square, most likely from ware. Being this is a surplus police weapon it didn't surprise me.

Now I have to square it and get it crowned and it will be good to go. I'm going to dehorn the frame and slide then dura coat the whole thing while I'm at it.

That's a very interesting design. Well thought out for the market.

I'll stay with my LCP for now.

You have one right here Don! I'm going to need to start stocking up for the summer, the cost of ammo has been keeping me away. :(
