My wife sent me a strange story of a guy in Cali that was found in his car dead. On checking his house he had 1200 guns and 6.5 tons of amo. That may be enough.

Great pictures. The first thing I thought of when I looked at the antlers is that they would make a nice set of scales for a skinning knife. After all, it's his first deer, right?

I just traded for a 'Charles Daly' .45 APC. It's supposed to be a great shooting .45, a caliber I have no interest in shooting. Anyone one familiar with it? Supposed to be worth $400.00.

I wish they would have had MINI parts to trade...I could use an exhaust. :) :)

    BTW...I live in Ohio.

Where's the pictures Goldsmithy? Don't know of many .45 ACP's with that kind of price tag! Maybe a high end Kimber, or an original Colt 1911 in pristine condition... Now if you said 45/70 Government, there are a lot of old rifles that bring that kind of cash.

:confused5: $400 is cheap for a 1911. Looks like a decent entry level pistol.

My bad, I read it as $4,000...
Yeah $400 gets you on the lower end of the mid level stuff.

Looks nice. One of the few 22's that a 25(?) round mag doesn't look out of place. Vaguely reminiscent of a P-9. How's the trigger? That's usually where the "Bullpup" conversions fall short.
Now you need to get Dick to do a little custom paint work on it. :D

the trigger on it is smooth as butter and you can fire this thing as fast as you can pull the trigger... I can rip through a 25rd mag in a matter of seconds... and it accepts the stock 10 rd rotory mag, BX25 mag and the 50rd "Coffin" mag... I just installed the Magpul MOE side rails and I have a set of magpul flip up iron sights coming as backup incase the optic goes bad... its really ergonomic and comfortable

Those are fun to shoot for sure. And I was amazed at how nicely the Five Seven pistol fires and it has like a 20 round mag. I would say maybe the recoil of a .22, give or take. I also was able to try out an AR with the 5.7 conversion, that was very nice, though it was odd to have the shell casings ejecting through the mag well.
