Amen I hate the hypocrisy of the anti gun people. There those that know what they are saying is twisted. I have no time for them. But there a lot of people that have not been exposed to guns so they believe they its best to get rid of them. A little education and fun and most people realize that there not the devil's toy. In the 90's there was a gun magazine called Gun Games it was great. It only showed compensation, no politics or define articles. It did help show there is a fun side to gun owner ship. But as I tell friends that may buy there first gun. It comes with responsibility.

So back to the fun stuff.

I just got 250 rounds to take to the range!! A little run and gun practice with my H&K USP.:D

If your weather is as nice as it is here, it's a good day for the range. I was pleasantly surprised the other day when I managed to score 6 boxes of rimfire from WW.

    ^^^ Exactly ^^^
Watch the speed of the bullets, they are within a couple FPS, just one leaves a little late... Kinda like drag racing bullets. :D

Range day today with the Ruger 357 and the little Browning 22LR, it was a relaxing day, groups were OK, not stellar, but fun!

Guy next to me was shooting a Palmetto AR-15 pistol (SBR), it was putting out some fine groups and loud as hell.

    :)

Might post a pic. later or not!

I truly think you would be better off getting kicked by an actual mule over this thing...

I might take my Tommy Gun up to Jim's place for the photo shoot Saturday night... Other than that, only my .45 has left the house in the last 3 months. Disappointing really, but I have too much stuff going on lately to get out and spit some lead down range. [emoji20]

My old man took me shooting a few times as a kid, but it was always rifles. It wasn't until recently that I got into pistol shooting, and have finally purchased my own, A Sig 226 which fits in my hand like it was made for it. The wife is looking to get a M&P Shield, which is like a toy in my hands.

I try to get out to shoot at least once a month, but I have a lot of gun friends around, so the hard part is not blowing a ton of $$ on ammo :)

A good day at the indoor range

Had some time to myself this afternoon, range time. Shot for 1.5 hours with my 22s and the 357/38 spec.

Shot some 38 Spec. +P, some hot stuff almost as hot as 357 load. Still playing with some 130 grain 38 Spec., it shoots nice and hot.

I have found the 38 spec. rounds 158 grain from Brazil Magtech are hotter than our U S loads.

    Today's therapy in pictures. :)

25 and 30 feet, the Ruger Single-Six checked out rather nicely, going up to upgrade the sights and put on some wood grips.

The Ruger 357 continues to impress and my little Buckmark is my therapy unit, it is bliss to shoot all the way out to 60 feet.

    Enjoy..

Teddy I think the gold cylinder is a bit gangster. Just the small accents or inlay some engraving.

So I took My nephew to the range today. He has a carry permit but has not done much shooting. So I was going to take him through some drills. My hearing is not good so I had my noise attenuating headset. He was looking at them and asked how they worked. We had just loaded up and were holstered. I told him to put them on and asked if he could hear me? He was like yea really good. I said this is what happens when you shoot. The targets were about 30 yards away, I was not going to shoot from there but to demo the head set I due one handed and quickly fried at the target. I didn't care if I hit the target, i was just showing how the head set worked.
He said man thats incredible. I say yea there cool. He said no, your shot hit the target dead center, did you mean to do that. I should have said yes but I told the truth. It was a luck shot.
I do train a good bit with my H&K but all I did was quickly draw looking at the target and fired. I just wanted to make sure I didn't shoot above the back stop.
Man I wish I could clam the hit!

Nice shooting. I like going to the range during the week less people.

Nice looking kit. The triggering are always the hardest thing to get right on conversions kits.

I see Joe left them after the show ended. That's good he's the only one that had any sense. I stopped watching after the 2nd season. It was a train wreck

I bought one of these back in the '80s.

    pps50 (1).jpg

It's an Italian made semi-replica of a Russian PPSh-41, in .22 long rifle.

Mine came with two 50 round drum magazines. It is a kick in the butt at the range and pretty cheap to shoot.

    And the answer is?.........

Oops! Typed before picture loaded. I too prefer the .40, but it is a bit snappier than a nine in the small pistols.

    Nice group.
