We recently painted an original Honda 600. It is a very odd little car. And yes, strangest shifter known to man.

Steve AdministratorStaff Member Articles ModeratorMinus the pace car, I think I agree. :biggrin5:
I believe that's the start of a vintage race at Le Mans, don't know what year. -
Steve AdministratorStaff Member Articles ModeratorDon't think I've seen one since I was in high school. One of my teachers drove one. We just thought it was tiny and strange and made fun of it. Now I'd like to see one again in the flesh, so to speak.

Steve AdministratorStaff Member Articles ModeratorThe little green one on the right with yellow around the 'grille', is that the Lotus 11?

Sure looks like an 11 to me.

It's a '59 or '60 NSU Prince III.
They had interesting valve gear, with eccentrics and connecting rods instead of a camshaft and pushrods.

Nice, you got it--we think it's a '60. Supposedly the engines hold up well--we're trying to find out if it's wanted or not--it looks more like the latter.
My friend was contracted to tear the barn down, he looked inside to see what all needed to done
yesterday, and there it was--he emailed me the picture as soon as he saw it. It has a plate, we're trying to find out if anyone alive owns it, no one seems to know much about the car. Good timing, the same guy that found it is finishing up a very, very nice man cave garage--heated, complete with a lift, a small kitchen, stereo system and wide screen TV. This would be a nice way to spend the winter, between that and the MINI. -

Not a car, but NSU related.

I was thinking Tatra, but then there should be an air vent where that window is. This is a tough one.

Yeah, the last few I put up were too easy...

Here's a bit more.

The window looks like a Subaru SVX, but the rest isn't right.
