I was looking for a site that met these two requirements: it had to be filled with information about oil caps, and it had to highly entertaining. The rest is history.

Did you not get the answers you were looking for?

Were they not factual?

Could you just not accept the factual information you were given?

Or are you just but hurt because someone knew something you didn't, or knew where to get the correct answer?

One of my favorite distractions

It's Dan Raabe. I use my Mini. Kids to school. Me to work. It's a typical scenario. Poking around the forums is good as I've repaired/replaced worn out stuff myself and there have been times when someone has shared good insights that made me a little smarter.

 

was on NAM got banned , some NAM members suggested MA.....never looked back.

 

Some of the best people get banned on NAM....

It's almost an honor...

Bought my '05 R50 a few days ago and was looking for knowledgeable communities, with an emphasis on both knowledgeable and community. Google led me to several sites including this one, but after looking around the others lacked a sense of family. After looking around for just a few minutes here I felt like I had found a home for my new Mini obsession.
I'm looking forward to many Mini years behind the wheel and on this site. Thanks Nathan for building us a home.

 

Joined Mini5280 and there was MA card in the welcome package.

 

Youve found the right place then. This is the only board left where you can string R M W together without being beaten with a ban stick! Those 3 letters produce more power than all other MINI performance brands put together.

 

After dealing with the shenanigans at NAM, I found MA via other NAM members

 

We can only hope.
