Been A while since I've been in this thread. Welcome to all who find their way to M/A.
Some guy named Nathan told me about this site many years ago. I left the Sewing Site & have been here ever since. Nathan has sworn off cars me thinks & is living the hipster life now. I'm glad he started this little oasis for MINI owners & car guys in general. Even though I changed cars I still come here for the knowledge, friendship & smart arse comments.
Thanks to Sully & all who help keep this little zoo keep running.-

Quite funny how I found the site. I am a big Big Bang Theory fan and in last nights episode we found out one of the characters drives a Countryman - as do I - so I googled it to find out more and this site came up first. Someone on here had started a thread about that episode. So anyway I had to join!

I found it through the Library of Motoring site. I just bought an 03' coupe and I was looking for a manual since mine came w/o one. I've already learned more about my mini in 10 mins than I knew in the last month. Love it here!

Hi everyone! I learned about M/A through Don Suitor, president of 5280MINI here in beautiful Denver, CO. Don is helping us to host a BBQ on June 30 at our NEW independent shop (Ferney's Lube and Auto Repair) in Englewood. We'll be listed on the map of auto repair shops shortly if we're not already (Nathan is pretty on the ball!) If you are in the Denver area, please come! We'll have beers brats and more, as well as a raffle and perhaps a game of MINI Trivial Pursuit. Happy motoring meanwhile!

Got banned from NAM for posting info about a rally vendor. A NAM member told me to go post in the user friendly MA site.....

Home at last!
This really isn't the appropriate thread for all this, but...
Scanned the car and came up with a P3091 ECU Code: "Fuel Rail Pressure Pressure-Rate-Controlled, fallen below minimum pressure"
Not sure what caused it, but I cleared it (and the "Check Engine" light)... checked my fluids (just in case)... cranked her up and drove her home. She seems to be fine. I'll consider it a "fluke" (caused by unusual driving conditions) unless/until it comes back.
Thanks again, Nathan, for the comprehensive listing of 2nd Gen ECU Codes!
You guys will be hearing a lot more from me in the near future!-

Bello everybody, I wrote from México, where I born and live. I just bought a MINI Cooper JCW 2009 with 9000 miles. Well, I saw a 2013 Silver ballet version and I fell in love with the Recaro Seats, so searching through internet I saw a link to one thread of this forum related to these seat. That is how I fondo this forum. I apologize for my bad english, my language is spanish.

If you were only on NAM for 3 years, you didn't even see the start of the downhill slide!
Welcome to M/A, the only place left where having a MINI is still fun! [emoji39]-
