I did a google search for mini forums and this one came up.

Welcome to the addiction. A bunch of us jumped ship (good follow up to PM's post) from the Sewing Site (NAM) several years ago. The knowledge is here. Just ask and wear your thick skin, although we are harmless!

Did he really call me Dogfather? That guy needs to just go and visit a county jail for 45 minutes... He is an insult to insults.

Have you tried swapping out the coil pack to see if the miss fire follows the one in Cyl. 4?I had one go bad under hard acceleration just before redline. I thought I had bent a valve. I limped home checked the compression, it turned out to be one coil pack.-

I just finished a compression test (10 cycles each) with an even 140 across all 4.
So I’m hoping like hell its my plugs.
Guess I could pull the coil packs, pull the fuse pump fuse, rack a plug back into the coil to see if I get spark ♂️-

I was looking up on bing images of the oil filter housing exploded views. I might have unsprang the oil back valve spring or other....As i removed the old oil filter .. I came across a spring about 2 inches long. i do not know if it was logged somewhere, Or where it came from. So far had no issues with engine lights. This occurred last springtime. Does anyone think it came from the oil filter housing ?
