I found the site due to my obsession with buying my first Mini! Love these cars like crazy! Did a Google search for "Mini forums" and up popped the Alliance.

I found this site while searching for custom MINI icons for my Garmin!

I am currently driving a 2007 R56, Lightning Blue, white bonnet stripes, white rims, and a checkered sunroof (it has been an awesome ride, and my first MINI!!) with 100,000 miles on it.

I just ordered my 2nd MINI - a 2012 R57 Cooper S Convertible - Spice Orange, black sport stripes, black rims and black roof. WooHoo!

I see that Garmin makes a very nice mount for the MINI for their 360... any ideas if anyone makes a similar mount for the 3790LMT?

I'll be checking in quite often from now on!

Found MA due to a google search on the M7 strut brace on the R52s. :) Looked nice and active so I joined up. So far I have nearly pulled a muscle in my side reading some of the ribbing around here. I think I'm gonna like it here. ;)

    First post

Clicked on link on MOTD e-mail. Went last year and going again this year, joined Chicago MINI motoring club and did MITO last year. This seemed like the next logical step. Attached is a picture of MINI NUC

Found the site on Google looking for a "How to change a control arm bushing". Dealership wants $850, that's just crazy. I have a 2003 S with 242,000 miles. I have done a radiator change out and electric fan but I was wandering how bad a bushing change out really is. I have found some good info on here and on NAMA. It gives me hope that I can do this on my own for $100 for OEM parts, bushing already in the bracket. I'm going to try and drop the sub frame just enough to get to the top two bolts. Any advise out there would be appreciated.

I'm a 6'4" guy that loves nimble cars and how they handle, had a few miatas but now i'm i'm looking into getting a Cooper S for some Lapping events.

I found this site when searching for race seat install, i'm looking for some headroom answers to see if the race seat install helped.
