Crashton Club CoordinatorI really enjoyed our 67 SAAB 96 2 stroke. Great cars, but the tin worm loves them too.

I had both a 68 & 69 V4 and also a 77 99 EMS. Back then they were truly a SAAB and not what they turned into in later years.

agranger MINI of the Month June 2009Supporting MemberI just went deeper into the photos. Who does a full paint restoration but leaves all of the undercarrage rust going? Makes me wonder about the quality of the work...

agranger MINI of the Month June 2009Supporting MemberThen my question would be "Who drive's a fully restored vintage car on salt-encrusted roads? Makes me wonder about the quality of the owner."

If'n it was a 1957 Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa I'd understand but a Saab was meant to be driven in wintery conditions. They didn't even sell them in warm weather states in the mid sixties. Sorry for the sermonette.....
