I am sorry to hear about your mother having MS. My mother in law was afflicted with MS as well, so I know how devastating it can be.

I run mine on my Clubby on the softest setting, I only stiffen it up when I go to the track, otherwise it's just too harsh, in town especially.
The softest setting is the end hole, the stiffest is the one closest to the bend, just FYI.
Congrats on getting it done..... -

Minidave - I'm aware of the difference between the settings, thank you.
I have it on the middle setting to start. I haven't REALLY gotten a chance to test it yet but so far it seems to suit me. I'm learning that I prefer a little bit of a stiffer ride.
ScottinBend- we did notice the stock ones were a bit soft...I'll look into that, thanks!
Dave.0 - haha, yes...you're pretty much right. And it's been a very dry year, so the underside of my Mini has yet to see mud!
Rawhyde - I think Lance and I are pretty much in agreement that it was easier, though I'll let him give his final verdict since he contributed the majority of the elbow grease. -

Thank you! I definitely think it's very possible that I may want to change it to the stiffest setting. With it being Fall though and (hopefully) the rainy season coming up, I was a little worried about it being too much. Now that we've gone through the process though I figure changing it should be a piece of cake (mmm, cake).
I foresee another Code3_Mini abduction/adventure to the twisties...
