    So..wheres the egg salad recipe?

Just made a small batch with quail eggs from the farmers market.

Local interest.... The quail roost is in Franklinton, the're a mix of hipster and street wise birds.

Yum! I had someone give me duck eggs a couple of weeks ago...so rich and delicious!

My egg salad tends to vary depending on what I have in my pantry and refrigerator. In its simplest form I just use miracle whip (I avoid mayo whenever possible), mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika. Sometimes I'll put smoked salmon/onions/celery/a tiny bit of bacon in it. My youngest LOVES eggs so I try not to bore her... :)

If only I could purchase Duck Eggs in 1 or 2 quantity. As a treat now and then they are incredible, a dozen is just to much for one person.

If she's an adventuresome eater, try making Akoori some time.

I'd go on, but its a swaybar thread.

I think we just need to keep a couple ducks around...just 'cause. :D

I'm down with turning this thread into an egg thread. Swaybars and eggs...kinda has a nice ring to it. ;)

Since I'm only making it for one I keep a jar in the fridge of all the other stuff besides the fresh herbs already made up. Just need to heat it and then mix in an egg. Finish with fresh herbs.

Oh, and I only use ghee for these sorts of things. I make my own ghee using locally made butter made from cream sourced from cows that are certified artificial hormone free and are fed from their own farms. They graze on pesticide and herbicide-free grass in warm months and receive pesticide and herbicide-free hays, grasses, and silage grown on their own farms during snowy winter months.

I've become a bit neurotic about where I source my vittles these days. The vast majority of it is sourced within 100 miles from home. Still looking for that Ohio based banana plantation.

I think that's great! Things we need in our back yards:

    1) ducks.
    2) a banana tree
    3) let's toss in a fig tree. Love fresh figs and they're pricey.

    :D

I can't decide if I like your egg salad with salmon better or with bacon. Both ways are scrumptious (yes, I said it. No, you may not have my man card. I chopped down a tree with a Spork earlier, and I had a five o'clock shadow by 4:15. Both of these are manly things, so leave my card alone.).
From what I gather, this sway bar install will be fun, educational, and challenging. I think this can be added to my manly man beast mode list.

Being comfortable enough with your manhood to even utter "scrumptious" much less put it on the internet for all of posterity to be able to Google is all the proof one needs that the ManCard is not only valid, but forged of titanium.

It came out of a checkbook. I expressed the wish to have a pillar mounted gauges to the shop modding the car back then. They happily took my money to construct one from a spare pillar cover and off the shelf generic gauge cups.
