Good red meat, medium to medium rare with a nice bottle of red!
All in moderation, never could get into the Salmon, but done right it is ok....

Just to set the record straight, fish is meat that swims.
I like a good filet medium rare, but given the choice it's salmon.

I'm going to go with the 4th of July. Hanging out with friends and family, drinking, grilling, and blowing ***** up with fireworks sounds much better than being cooped up with family, eating essentially the same meal you had at Thanksgiving (at least that's the case with my in-laws), and all the racket of new toys/video games.
