I don't know what I'd like better, a paved beach or flat mountain.

When my son was a little one Christmas was a magical time. I loved seeing him on Christmas morning. Now that I'm an old fart & my sonny boy is a grown man Christmas has lost it's magic for me.

Stefanie hold on to your little ones tight, they grow up so darned fast.

Cake has been killing people world wide for centuries... So do cigarettes, booze, bullets, cheap women, and fast cars...

I like all of those too! :D (Well maybe not so much on the cheap women... All I can ever seem to find are the ones who cost more than my cars!)

Well yeah, but you put the picture together so it's really yours. But now that you mention it, since I had a little input, the more I think about it, Paul's signature actually really sucks and this one is by far the best!

    Droid...
Folks..apple was once the "think different" company...
Now apple folks act like blind lemmings....getting what ever apple decides to sell...and praising it as an act of faith, like apple is a religion. Sure, they make good stuff, at a premium price....but to hear so many folks that don't cross shop...and they just take what is made...that is what destroyed the car industry...
When apple has tons of new bugs in a new OS, demand change...when apple deletes you non-apple music, get mad!! Ever wonder why an apple announcement is modeled after a church service? Think about it...folks sit on the couch fondling their iPhone rather than their rosery beads....
I laugh every time apple says a new phone is "the best we have EVER MADE" and everybody claps...would they make a worse product on purpose?!
End rant...and yes, I have owned apple stuff...was quality, I agree, but as a user, I had no ability to tweak it, it was take it or leave it as is. Do it the apple way, or no way...
    End rant!!

    First world problems....
In some ways so much simpler than debating letting a terrorist free after years of "enhanced" integration vs killing them with with a drone sitting on their couch watching TV(with other family members)...
Awwww...computer an OS Systems...comparatively clean and bloodless!! But still filled with emotion!!

Next choice!! Any suggestions!! Tools? Food? Booze? Smokes?

Dogs (got two German Shepherds). I have control issues and they listen much better.

Seriously though, the train-ability is a plus. Cats are difficult. Plus I'm allergic to cats. :(

I like cats for the reasons you listed and the fact that you can leave them for a couple of days by making sure they have a couple food/water dishes and a clean litter box. Before the French bulldog, we had been without a dog for a couple of years. The biggest adjustment was having to again plan events around when the dog would need to be fed/go out.

Even with that said, I still say dogs because most of my dogs have always welcomed me at the back door when I walk in, while the cats kind of showed up when they wanted to or if their food dish was empty.
