My wife has Michelin Primacy something's on her Lexus Rx350 and they are great and very quite.
She does not have run flats but the traction in wet and snow is awesome.
Michelin makes great tires so I hope that helps.

My wife's CM JCW was ordered with the 19" wheels, so I obviously can't speak to your tire size. However, the car cam with Pirelli P-Zero run flats. I had the car on the Dragon and surrounding roads this past September and I was really impressed with that tire.
Certainly not as sticky as a PSS, but I was giving the car about 8 tenths and there was very good traction, and the tires tracked nicely exiting hard through apexes.
For performance run flats, I am very impressed with them.

Thanks. I'll have to confirm as I can't recall those being run flats. Tire Rack recommend the Michelin Primacy MAM4 ZP.
